How PLUGG reviews work
- Only real buyers. The review button appears only on an order that completed through escrow, once per trade.
- Buyers stay private. We show only part of the buyer's username.
- Sellers can reply once, publicly, but can't edit or remove a review.
- No contact details. Phone numbers and off-platform links are blocked, same as in the trade chat.
