By creating an account or using PLUGG (the "Platform"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, don't use the Platform.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, and legally able to enter contracts. You're responsible for making sure your use of PLUGG is legal in your location.
PLUGG is a marketplace for game accounts, in-game currency, gaming gift cards and skill-based services. You may only list items you own and are entitled to sell. Buying or selling accounts may breach a game publisher's own terms; that risk is between you and the publisher. The following are strictly prohibited and covered in our community rules: stolen or hacked goods, social-media or messaging accounts, phone or virtual numbers, tools to bypass verification, and cheats or malware.
Payments are processed by Paystack, a licensed payment company. PLUGG keeps your payment in its Paystack balance, locked to your order, until the buyer confirms delivery, the confirmation window ends, or a dispute is decided. The money is then paid to the seller's saved bank account or refunded to the buyer. PLUGG only keeps its stated fees. PLUGG is not a bank: wallet balances do not earn interest and can only be spent on PLUGG or withdrawn to your bank account.
Sellers pay a per-sale commission based on their tier, shown before listing. Buyers pay the listing price; escrow protection is included at no extra charge. Third-party payment-processing fees may apply and are shown at checkout.
If a trade goes wrong, either party may open a dispute while funds are in escrow. Our team reviews the evidence and decides a fair outcome. Refunds follow our refund policy. Our dispute decisions are final within the Platform.
The PLUGG name, logo and platform are our property. Game names, logos and images belong to their respective owners and appear for identification only; PLUGG is not affiliated with or endorsed by any game publisher.
The Platform is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, PLUGG is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for actions taken by game publishers against traded accounts. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, with pending payouts held until any dispute or investigation is resolved. You may close your account at any time once open trades are settled.
We may update these terms as the Platform grows. Material changes will be announced, and continued use after they take effect means you accept them.
